Rocky Mountain Institute - ZETA
collaborates with the Rocky Mountain Institute’s (RMI) Production Housing Initiative. RMI’s mission is to drive the efficient and restorative use of resources and enable US independence from fossil fuel by 2030. Activities in this multi-year series of projects address the specific issues, challenges, and solutions for bringing energy efficient housing to market.
Stanford University – Stanford selected ZETA as a Precourt Energy Institute case study in their research which investigates diffusion of disruptive green technology innovations in the building industry. Stanford's Civil and Environmental Engineering Department recognizes ZETA has "created a truly disruptive innovation with a capital-efficient prefabrication approach for the Net Zero Energy multi-family homes"
Department of Energy / National Renewable Energy Labs – Through the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Building America program, NREL is working with ZETA to evaluate energy performance of the innovative features in our Net Zero Energy Demonstration Live/Work Townhome.
