Building Code Compliance

ZETA homes meet and exceed local and State of California building codes and energy efficiency standards for permanent, site-built structures and for modular construction. In addition, in accordance with the State of California Department of Housing & Community Development's modular housing policies, third-party building inspectors evaluate and provide the seal of approval for off-site construction at ZETA's clean tech facility. Local building departments inspect and approve the on-site construction of the foundation, utility connections and the finished home.
