ZETA has developed a proprietary energy control and monitoring system called zTherm™ which acts as the "brain" of the ZETA structure. This system optimizes energy performance of the whole house design by controlling mechanicals and using a sensor system to improve occupant thermal comfort, including temperature and humidity. Occupants can also monitor, track, and adjust their energy usage using the zTherm™ online controls and web interface. ZETA is currently developing an application which enables access to the building energy control and monitoring interface from a variety of mobile devices, including the iPhone.
