4073 El Camino Real is a mixed use, urban infill development planned to commence construction in summer 2011. The project is being designed for net zero energy performance and LEED Platinum standards and will combine both urban design and building performance. ZETA will be developing two two-story NZE townhomes situated above the ground floor retail and parking garage. With a striking design, prominent positioning, solar arrays and unique blend of public and private spaces, 4073 El Camino will set the standard for urban infill, mixed use developments.
