ZETA is working with the developer / general contractor to provide the residential housing above podium for the 51 unit apartment building, planned to commence in 2012. The four-story project, three stories of residential over podium, has received design review approval and will include ground-floor retail a community center and spacious outdoor area. ZETA took the pre-approved design and incorporated minor adjustments in order to achieve the optimal design for off-site fabrication. Incorporating ZETA's process has reduced the construction duration from approximately 16 months to 8 months.
